Welcome!

Hello, my name is Brian Stack, and I am currently a junior transfer student attending East Carolina University. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art degree with a concentration in Animation and Interactive Design. This website is dedicated to being a portfolio to show my undergraduate work from the survey course ART 2070.

I chose animation and interactive design as a concentration to pursue because I have always been interested in working with animation as well as other fields of design. As a kid media such as cartoons, animated movies, videogames, and online animated series were my biggest inspirations for wanting to be an artist as well as an animator. During my high school years from sophomore to senior year, I attended a trade school called the North Carolina Regional Skills Center (NCRSC) where I would take courses related to my college studies ranging from animation and digital design to even game art as well as game development. Before, I graduated high school the trade school I attended published a fire safety children's book that I had helped my instructor put together along with the help of my other classmates at that time as well. Overall, my studies from public school to college have helped me learn new skills and improve previously learned skills to help me be the best I can be as both an artist as well as a student here at ECU.
